A website.

I need a personal website, I am an artist, somewhere to display my artwork.id like to provide you with my own designed templates, images , logos etc, I have a domain name and web host. Id like to see samples of your work. id like a site where i can upload images on to as and when. I need someone to use my design and make it live. i have created my design in photoshop. Please see attachments , Id like the job to be complete by end of August, if not before. I need perfection I want the site to look clean and aligned with no font out of place. Give me a fixed price please within reason. The site MUST BE compatible on all devices.
