A small - medium scale e-commerce website

My business partner and I are looking to have an e-commerce website created which draws on aspirational, lifestyle brand influences in the male sector.

The website will need to:
- Hook in to our suppliers existing stock information in the form of their API or the regular download and integration of stock lists in the form of CSV’s. This information will then automatically create pages in the relevant categories to minimise hands on work.
- Use an established shopping cart provider
- Hook in to a payment platform : PayPal.
- Be scalable
- Ideally be manageable by my business partner and I
- Retain customers account information securely
- Be able to export customer demographics and buying trends when prompted
- Collate e-mail accounts in a distribution list for easy bulk mailing
- Set up to easily import product information in a repeatable, uniform way from CSV files
- Set up to easily import images to match products

Once the website is built we will continue communications on an ad hoc basis and decide on the most appropriate commitment from both sides going forward dependent on the amount of work needed on a regular basis.
