3D CAD model of car tyre (visually accurate)

I need a 3D CAD model producing of a car tyre, see image.

The model needs to be an accurate representation of the actual tyre. I would like the tread to be modelled in 3D and a bump map producing for the lettering on the side wall. I have the wheel and tyre and can provide as many dimensions and photographs as required.

I need the files to import into KeyShot rendering software. This can be 3ds, obj, Rhino.... most 3D formats. I do not need jpeg images as part of the deliverable as I will be producing the renderings myself. Scale of the model is not important but the proportions need to be correct.

Please provide a price (or timescale) for providing a 3D model ofthe complete wheel and tyre, and also a price for a 3D model of just the tyre. Timescale is not urgent, I would like the model by the end of November ideally. There are likely to be further models which are required on an ongoing basis.
