3D/Architecture Concept Drawings

As a company we are looking at an interesting opportunity to develop a commercial premises below a flat.

This project is still very much at concept stage, however we are looking from some one to come up with some design concepts to allow us to price the project prior to making a formal bid.

I would be able to offer 2d cad drawings and photos, thus allowing the successful winner to develop the drawings further.

Should this project work successful then we are looking for someone to work with on a project by project basis.

When bidding please can you provide a fixed fee and time scales, as we would like to put an offer in to the owner should the numbers add up.
