301 Website Redirects

I am in the process of looking to change my domain from one address to another. I have files on a main server (Linux) which contain html files/pages and css files. I also have my Wordpress.org files on the server (I have a Wordpress blog which is linked to on my website).

My knowledge of 301s isn't great so I am looking for someone to do this for me to ensure every page on my blog (circa 180 entries to date) plus every page on my website (around 60) redirect to my new domain.

I know I need a .htaccess file in my root folder which I do so that is covered.
