3000 logos to be touched up

we have a list of 1500 urls and company names and we need their logo sized in to a format that we use as a standard on our website. pixel size 50x50 73x73 other sizes needed 90x90 (4500 logos for this batch) you need to use common sense some logos wont fit this square format as some of these companies still have their traditional format.... but most have a twitter page and their logo can be grabbed from there. I can send you the csv file and the 3 psd templates.
