300 +- forum links (URL's) in alphabetical order

Put my collection of approximately 300 +- forum links (URL's) in alphabetical order and delete anything that's not a link

I own a forum posting company and therefore have hundreds and hundreds of leads that I haven't yet gone through, simply because my "list" is in such bad shape and there's text scattered through it that isn't part of any links. If I had to guess, there's probably 300 links that need to be put in alphabetical order and all the garbage text removed. If someone worked on it non-stop, should be able to complete it within 12 hours.
