107 Product Descriptions - FAST TURNAROUND
Please read this description in detail before messaging. This will be a fast turnaround project, needed within the next 5-7 days. Shopify experience would be handy. All applicants will be reviewed on Sunday 1st August. We are in urgent need of a professional copywriter (after being let down by another on PPH) to rewrite 107 product descriptions for us while we're getting some SEO work done on our website Your Best Friend’s House (www.ybfh.co.uk). These are all duplicates that have been found during SEO work, so they will need to be written for this purpose and be completely different to the original. As each product is being reviewed by our SEO team, the keywords you'll need to focus on will be available too. These documents will be shared with you. These product descriptions vary between pottery, clothing, prints, artwork, earrings and more! Each one will need around 107 words. Here are 3 examples: - https://ybfh.co.uk/products/elou-floral-wrapping-paper - https://ybfh.co.uk/collections/accessories/products/red-heart-tote-bag - https://ybfh.co.uk/collections/pottery/products/huddled-monkeys-planter - https://ybfh.co.uk/collections/frankie-rose-illustration/products/leopard-print You will be asked to write a product description as an example so we can understand your writing style to make sure it's fitting with the brand tone of voice. Find the most innovative insurance claims solutions
I need someone who is really good at desk research to spend time looking at insurance award sites, written press articles etc., to find the best examples globally of customer experience in terms of making and tracking an insurance claim. Can be in any country but the key attribute is whether it makes submitting a claim easy for the customer. I don't need a long written report but mostly notes with a long list of potential best practice examples with screenshots (if possible) and a good REASON why they are included as potential best practice (e.g. a specific award or they came listed in a top 10 on a news article or you find 3rd party research that says that they are best practice). Ideally looking for about 30-40 examples. They can be app based, website based, chat bot based or e.g. use AI in a clever way. Take a look at Lemonade in the US as a good example and Huddle in Australia for the way they handle claims. Rightindem in the UK is another example. Looking for lots of other excellent examples.

Excel template
I am running a weekly sales huddle and the guys at the beginning of each week have to update on the following - Expected and actual across the following 4 - Meetings Created, Meeting Attended, Opportunities Created, Revenue Generated. across each of the 4 they have to provide a forecast number for the week. At the start of the following week, we assess if they achieved the forecast and update the actual achieved. We then take the expected forecast numbers again. We have the meetings every Monday and I would like the cell colour to go between red and green depending on if they achieve or surpass the actuals. I would like a total for each month and a summary page for the year. I need to be able to do this per week month on month and add/ remove salespeople when required. I have attached en example of how I would do it but Im open to any suggestions.

3 illustrations for an article - cartoon/animated style
I need three images: 1 - A cartoon brain character with boxing gloves ready and waiting to fight. This is to represent a brain in a great place, full of mental energy to fight. Almost gearing up and raring to go. 2 - The same brain character huddled in the corner with its hands over its head, hiding away. This is to represent a brain that is tired and vulnerable, wanting to hide away from everything. Boxing gloves no longer being worn, perhaps left by its side. 3 – The third is a combination of the top two to use as the cover picture for the article which talks about going from the first to the second. A visual way of illustrating a transition between the two. Open to suggestions of what works on this.
Skype for Business / Microsoft Meeting Rooms Whitepaper
We are looking for a writer that understands Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams and meeting room technology (predominantly StarLeaf's endpoint range) in the enterprise workplace for end users. This will sit on Dekom's https://www.dekom.com/be-nl/support/knowledge-base/ as 'Microsoft in the workplace'. We need to put together a mini-blurb about how Skype for Business / Teams are evolving and growing in the workplace. This is the Huddle space page: https://www.dekom.com/be-nl/support/knowledge-base/huddle-rooms/ Then create a whitepaper (sort of sales enablement, stats around Skype, why meetings should be accessible at the press of a button in a meeting room and also how IT should be able to manage that whole infrastructure from one management portal) This is the huddle room example: https://www.dekom.com/fileadmin/user_upload/support/knowledge/huddle_rooms/huddle.pdf If you know about Skype/Microsoft and enterprise communications, please get in touch.
