I would like to alter the code to show planets/bodies based on a Heliocentric system. Geocentric = Solar system with Earth at its centre. Heliocentric = Solar system with the Sun at its centre. in the code we calculate LON (Longitude) which i think gives us Geocentric longitude. In the Pyephem docs it says HLON would give us heliocentric longitude. https://rhodesmill.org/pyephem/quick.html I have tried to alter the code but it throws an error due to the Ecliptic...
