I am taking on a Sales Associate on a commission and revenue share basis. The Sales Associate has a separate business and we do not wish to enter an employer-employee relationship. I require a legally-binding agreement, similar I suspect to a franchise agreement, to formally set out the terms of the business relationship. More details attached - this is a draft which needs to be finalised between the parties but gives an idea of what's required. I imagine this business relationship is fairly common so the pertinent clauses could be embedded within a 'standard' contract of some kind.
