Im quite interested in this project. I have years of experience with VB and many with Excel too. - I dont see any problem developing this utility for you.
I have completed a number of tasks via this site now - pllease see my feedback.
Id be keen to see the current application or the Excel model to gauge the complexity.
Ill bid based on what I have understood from your spec - hopefully this wil get the ball rolling. We can refine the bid if required.
I could start this project fairly soon.
