Concept Masterplan for a Rural Sicilian Property

I own a rural property near Santa Margherita di Belice, Sicily, surrounded by countryside and olive trees. The plot is approximately 3,900 sqm and includes: an existing small house of about 60 sqm; a registered collapsed/rural building/ruin; olive trees and open land; old rectangular tuff quarry cuts below ground level; an existing access on one side; a possible new main entrance/gate from a lower road. At this stage I am not looking for technical drawings for permits and I am not looking for an architect to deal with Italian planning regulations. Later, when the concept is clear, I will work with a local Italian architect, engineer and surveyor for permissions, structure and execution. For now, I need a creative architect, landscape architect or architectural designer to help me develop a preliminary vision / concept masterplan for the property. What I would like to create The general idea is to transform the place into a beautiful, private rural Sicilian retreat, keeping the character of the land, the tuff stone, the olive trees and the existing buildings. The project should explore: a new main gate and access from the lower road; privacy, fencing and boundaries; restoration/reuse of the existing small house; possible reuse of the existing ruin/collapsed building; landscape design with olive trees, stone paths, shaded areas and outdoor dining; use of the old tuff quarry cuts as sunken gardens, patios, storage, wine/cellar spaces, outdoor rooms or possible future guest spaces; a swimming pool as an important feature of the concept; possible pool locations and styles; Mediterranean/Sicilian rural atmosphere, using stone, tuff, lime plaster, wood, pergolas, natural materials and simple elegant details. The style should be authentic and rural, not fake luxury. I am looking for something elegant, warm, Mediterranean and integrated with the landscape. Pool concept The swimming pool is important and should be included in the masterplan. Please explore different options, for example: a simple rectangular pool near the existing house; a pool integrated with the tuff/stone landscape; a smaller plunge pool as a first-phase option; a more scenic pool connected to the sunken quarry areas. The pool should feel private, natural and well integrated with the Sicilian countryside. Deliverables I would like to receive: Conceptual site plan / masterplan 2 or 3 design options showing different possible layouts Zoning diagram: house, ruin, pool, access, parking, garden, quarry areas, outdoor spaces Suggested pool positions and types Moodboard with materials, atmosphere and references Simple 3D views, sketches or visualisations Suggested development phases, from simple/realistic first works to more ambitious future ideas The work does not need to be technically perfect. I need clear ideas, atmosphere, layout and vision. Important note This is only a concept design project. The final project, permissions, structural checks, building regulations, seismic requirements, pool permits, drainage, engineering and all Italian legal matters will be checked later by local professionals in Sicily. The concept should help me and my wife understand the potential of the property before we invest in a full technical project.
