Each interview consists of four participants: myself as the interview candidate and three interview panel members. Only one person is generally speaking at a time. The videos show the participants and display their names, making it easier to identify who is speaking. The recordings are currently uploaded to YouTube as private videos. Access can be arranged for the selected freelancer. Transcription requirements: Accurate, clean verbatim transcription of everything said. Identify each speaker using their actual name as displayed in the recording. Include both the interview panel's questions and my responses. Timestamps approximately every 2–5 minutes. Separate Microsoft Word documents for each recording. Proofread the transcripts and clearly mark any sections where speech is unclear. Maintain consistent speaker identification throughout each interview. Turnaround: I'm happy for the work to be completed within 7–14 days. There's no urgent deadline.
