Insolvency Solicitor Needed – Director Liability and BBL Claim

I’m looking for quotations from a solicitor experienced in insolvency, director liability and Bounce Back Loan investigations.

A company of which I was the director was forced into liquidation following its inability to repay a £45,000 Bounce Back Loan. The business was severely affected by COVID, particularly because its income depended on the sports sponsorship and events sector.

I have now received correspondence relating to payments made to me during the company’s trading period. Some of these payments may have been reimbursements for legitimate company expenses that I initially paid personally, including payments to freelancers and other business costs. There may also be questions concerning remuneration, dividends and the director’s loan account.
