A language learning app developing
We need to develop an app for Russian-speaking people to learn English words. The idea is that each student will have a personal account, which they can use to view flashcards with words. The flashcards are double-sided, with translations and audio (they work like Anki). We also need a way to test the student's knowledge of the words they've learned (multiple choice). The app shouldn't automatically translate words; I'll be adding all the words manually. The main thing is to have a distinctive design, which I'll describe roughly.

TikTok lead generation specialist for tutoring
# TikTok Growth & Lead Generation Specialist Needed I'm looking for an experienced TikTok specialist to help optimise my growing TikTok education account. I am a Geography teacher, examiner and tutor with 30 years' experience creating educational content for UK GCSE and A-level students. My videos are already performing well organically, and I now want to turn that engagement into enquiries and email leads. Some recent results include: * Videos with over **55,000 views** * More than **3,000 likes** * Over **4,000 saves** This tells me the content is resonating with my audience. I'm **not** looking for someone to create content—I create all of my own videos. Instead, I'm looking for someone who can help me build an effective lead-generation system around the content I'm already producing. I need advice and practical support with: * Optimising my TikTok profile for lead generation. * Setting up (or explaining why I cannot currently set up) a TikTok Business Account. * Creating a simple system where viewers comment a keyword (e.g. "NEA"), automatically or manually receive a DM, provide their email address, and receive my free PDF guide. * Advising on the best way to build an email list from TikTok. * Helping with TikTok analytics and growth strategy. * Recommending the simplest tools and workflows, as I have limited time. * Advising on any TikTok features I should be using but currently am not. My audience is primarily **UK Year 10 and Year 11 GCSE Geography students, Year 12 and Year 13 A-level Geography students, and parents looking to support their children's education.** Ideally, I'd like someone with proven experience growing educational or coaching accounts and, more importantly, converting organic TikTok engagement into email subscribers and paying clients. Please include: * Examples of education or coaching accounts you've worked with. * How you would approach my account. * Whether you have experience setting up lead magnets, email capture systems and TikTok DM workflows. Initially, I'm looking for a one-off consultation with practical implementation, with the possibility of ongoing support if it's a good fit. Please only apply if you have personally helped convert organic TikTok traffic into email subscribers or paying clients." Deliverables: Audit my TikTok account. Explain whether I should have a Business Account and help set it up if appropriate. Create the best workflow for people commenting "NEA" to receive my PDF and join my email list. Recommend the simplest software (if any). One 60–90 minute Zoom call to explain everything. A written action plan I can follow.

Build Interactive Excel BI Academic Data Dashboard
I am looking for an Excel expert to build a fully interactive Excel dashboard that functions like a BI-style reporting tool for student performance data. Each week, I will paste the same type of student-level export into a `Raw_Data` tab. The workbook should refresh and automatically update the dashboard, slicers, charts, summary metrics, aggregation tables, and filtered student-level records. Include grade distribution reporting. * Show how many students fall into each performance range. * Suggested ranges: * 0–59% * 60–69% * 70–79% * 80–89% * 90–100% * Display this visually, such as through a bar chart. * This visual should update based on slicer selections. 7. Include aggregation tables or visuals for: * Teacher performance * Course performance * Grade-level performance * Subject performance Where available from the raw data, these should include: * Total students * Average grade * Passing % * Failing % * Attendance average * No-login risk counts * At-risk counts 8. Include days since last login * Days since last login should be grouped into ranges if login data is available. * Suggested no-login ranges: * 0–4 Days * 5–9 Days * 10–14 Days * 15–29 Days * 30+ Days 9. Include a filtered student table underneath the dashboard. * The bottom of the dashboard should include student-level records. * The table should automatically filter based on slicer selections. * For example, if I select 0–59% and 10–14 Days Since Last Login, the table should only show students who match those selections. * This table should help leaders move from aggregate trends to exact students who need follow-up. 10. Use only fields available in the raw data or fields that can be reliably calculated from the raw data. * Appropriate aggregations include grade level, subject, teacher, course, grade percentage, attendance, days since last login, passing/failing status, and grade distribution ranges. * Do not build visuals that rely on fields unavailable in the export unless they can be calculated accurately. * Tabs should be clearly named. * Backend tabs should be organized or hidden. * Include brief instructions in the workbook for weekly use.
