The Role This is **not a sales role**. You will be contacting existing members who have previously registered with Beaufort Private Equity. Some members may have become less engaged over time, unsubscribed from communications, changed email addresses, or simply not spoken with us for a while. Your role will be to reconnect with these members, understand their current situation, gather feedback, update records where required, and help strengthen relationships within our investor community. You will be representing Beaufort and therefore must be able to communicate professionally and confidently with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and senior professionals. Responsibilities * Reconnect with existing members in a friendly, professional manner. * Update member contact information where required. * Understand why members may have disengaged from communications. * Gather feedback and insights from members. * Reintroduce members to our weekly updates, events, and communications. * Identify members who would welcome further contact from our team. * Maintain accurate call notes and CRM records. * Represent the Beaufort brand professionally at all times. * Escalate any opportunities, concerns, or member feedback to the team where appropriate.
