Bulk of the project i think is the design of the output document - basically i want a MS forms ( or similar) question set that populates a pretty report, i will need to be able to add my own standard answers to whatever input system is used. I will also need to add text to the final report - so commentary boxes. the critical thing is to design something that doesnt overspill text or miss size pictures. i dont know, if its your type of thing hit me up and i'll share some of what i want it to look like.
