FLATDOGS CAMP BRAND DOCUMENTARY Target length: 3–4 minutes; maximum 5 minutes. Flatdogs is a safari lodge next to South Luangwa National Park. The footage includes interviews with several team members, the camp and accommodation, staff, wildlife, safari experiences and surrounding landscapes. We need an attractive, cinematic brand film that captures the people, atmosphere, wildlife and guest experience. It should combine the best interview clips with B-roll, music, natural sound, titles, branding and narration where required. It should feel warm, authentic and aspirational—not like a generic corporate video—and be suitable for the Flatdogs website, YouTube and promotional use. 2. PROJECT LUANGWA DOCUMENTARY Target length: 4–5 minutes; maximum 5 minutes. Project Luangwa is a charity supporting communities in Zambia’s South Luangwa Valley. The footage includes interviews with approximately five people, including representatives of the organisation and people who have benefited from its work. There is also B-roll of its education, community and environmental projects. The finished film should clearly explain what Project Luangwa does, who it supports, the impact of its work and why people should donate, fundraise or become involved. The editor will need to select the strongest interview content and combine it with B-roll, music, titles, branding and narration to create a positive, authentic and emotionally engaging film. 3. AFRICAN WILD-DOG COLLARING FILM Target length: approximately 1½–2½ minutes. This footage shows a wildlife-conservation operation in which an African wild dog was captured and fitted with a tracking collar. We need a short, compelling conservation film showing what happened and briefly explaining why wild dogs are collared and monitored. It should have a strong opening, a clear sequence, natural sound, suitable music, brief explanatory captions or narration and a concise ending. The animal and conservation team must be portrayed respectfully without sensationalising the operation. We would prefer a strong two-minute film to a longer version containing repetitive footage. EDITING REQUIREMENTS All three films must be edited professionally in Adobe Premiere Pro. Please do not apply if you intend to use iMovie, CapCut or another editing program. The ambition is to build a recognisable children’s brand spanning physical venues, social media, animation, stories, books, merchandise, websites, marketing, packaging and more. What already exists The brand direction and two principal characters are established, alongside a developing supporting cast and fictional rainforest world. We run a browser-based veterinary practice management software containing a new dental charting tool that veterinarians use to record findings during an equine dental examination. The chart itself — the tooth outlines, jaw contours and chewing surfaces — already exists as inline SVG in a single self-contained HTML file. What is missing is the set of graphics that appear on a tooth when the user records a finding. We are looking for an illustrator to draw and integrate those graphics: 17 findings in total, covering things like enamel overgrowths, wear patterns, fractures, and pictogram-style symbols. You work directly inside the existing file, adding SVG geometry only. The HTML and CSS structure, the coordinate system and the existing tooth drawings stay exactly as they are. No veterinary or anatomical knowledge is required. I am making an animated web series and I need someone to turn finished storyboard frames into moving shots using AI video tools. THE WORK Every scene is storyboarded shot for shot and the imagery is already final. You take those stills and the recorded dialogue, animate each shot with tools like Veo 3 or Grok, tidy the lip sync against the audio as far as the tools allow, and flag any line where the performance will not hold up so I can get it redubbed. You send the scene back to me as a draft. HOW WE WORK Everything lives in Dropbox. You pull the scene folder and drop your renders back in the same place. Freelance Motion Designer — Abstract Animation

1-minute sample, followed by 8 videos of approximately 5 minutes each About the project We’re looking for an experienced motion designer to create a series of highly abstract, visually sophisticated animated videos, built around supplied voiceovers. The project starts with a one-minute sample to establish the visual direction and animation quality. Once the sample is approved, you will produce eight full-length videos, approximately five minutes each. We’re looking for the precision, restraint, and polish associated with premium Apple or Meta motion design—but with an original visual language. Creative direction Very abstract. Minimal. Crisp. Beautifully animated. Rather than showing literal objects or illustrating the narration word for word, use movement, shape, light, texture, and composition to communicate ideas. The visuals might include flowing ribbons, transforming geometric forms, translucent layers, shifting patterns, fluid connections, or carefully controlled particles. These are starting points, not a prescribed style—we’re looking for someone who can bring a distinctive creative approach. Do not use paintings, framed artworks, photographs, characters, literal scenes, or stock-footage montages. Avoid generic explainer icons, dashboard-style interfaces, and template-driven animation. The animation should feel intentional and cohesive, with sharp details, considered lighting, smooth transitions, and confident use of negative space. Typography can be used sparingly, but the piece should be driven primarily by abstract motion rather than text on screen. Abstract should not mean random: changes in rhythm, form, scale, and connection should support the ideas and emotional progression of the voiceover. Project structure Phase 1: One-minute sample Create a fully animated 60-second sample, using supplied narration. This is not just a storyboard, a set of still images, or a slideshow. It should demonstrate the proposed visual language, animation quality, pacing, transitions, and synchronization with the voiceover. We will agree on a concept and a small selection of style frames before you animate the sample. The approved sample will establish the design and quality standard for the full series. Phase 2: Eight five-minute videos Following sample approval, produce eight videos of approximately five minutes each—around 40 minutes of finished animation in total. The series should feel visually consistent while introducing enough variation to keep each video engaging. We need someone who can sustain a strong abstract visual language across longer sequences, rather than repeating a short loop or stretching a few ideas. Audio and materials We will provide the scripts, voiceovers, and available reference material. Keep the supplied voiceovers unchanged. Do not rewrite, rerecord, replace, speed up, or retime the narration. Build the visual pacing around the existing delivery. Any additional music or sound design should be agreed upon before use. Deliverables Provide the completed one-minute sample and, following approval, all eight full-length videos. Final delivery should include high-quality 16:9 MP4 exports at a minimum of 1920 × 1080, plus organized, editable project files and associated assets. Please identify any third-party assets, licensing requirements, or generative tools used. Final work must be suitable for commercial use. Who we’re looking for You should have a strong portfolio in abstract motion design, experimental animation, premium technology films, or design-led 2D/3D work. Excellent composition, timing, transitions, and attention to detail are essential. We’re particularly interested in designers who can develop an original visual system and carry it through a substantial series. After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or an equivalent professional workflow are welcome.
