MS Word Parking Permit Template

Hi

I need a customisable word document creating that will allow us to mail merge to send personalised parking permits for our clients.

It must work with our letterhead. The idea being this is a 1 page letter we can send and personalise using word merge.

We need to be able to change the logo image(s) on the permit itself or use text to describe the location, and ideally we would like to be able to easily change the background colour on the permits to make it easier to spot expired ones etc.

The background design is important to make copying harder to do but if you have any additional ideas that can be easily incorporated to avoid counterfeits i'd be interested to hear them.

Finally, as some sites issue a standard permit AND 1 or 2 visitors permits, ideally i'd like a 3 permit version with the option to easily remove the un-needed extra permit(s) from the template for some clients.
