I need a League of Legends Jungle bot ( Machine learning AI )

I need a self learning bot that gets better and better coded in python for the popular MOBA: League of Legends.

My goals for the bot are as follows:

+Must be able to jungle path efficiently for effective clears
+Must be able to have the win condition at mind, i.e - Get lots of "CS" > Buy powerful items > Push lanes/Siege turrets to eventually kill the enemy's Nexus ( end point - Victory )
+Must be intelligent enough to "gank" over extended enemy's to help out friendly laners where it can to up the chance of winning the game by putting your fellow player ahead.

The jungle role is perhaps the most bot friendly due to not having to deal with human interaction ( minus enemy jungler evades that might occur ) and all the camps are on a set re spawn time when killed.

The Champion of my choice will be Shaco due to his fast clear times and split push potential.
