Development of Web Crawler & Ranking Algorithm

This job entails working on an already started web crawler and algorithm. The basics of the program have been completed but what is needed is someone to over see the final aspects of the development, and to finish of the application. The time line for this project is around 4 weeks, giving the finish date around 4th August. The difficulty of the project is not too great, but we are needing this application to be finished ASAP.
