B2B Lead Generation from home - good product with good commision

My company is a recruitment consultancy, we are looking to market our company and generate new clients. We require a generally lower fee from clients than our competitors, so we have a major selling advantage.

****************************Job Description*********************************

You would be required to call through companies from a directory which we provide, to offer our services. If they are interested, then you would need to take details of their candidate requirements and send over to us. You should also collect a list of those who would like an email sent to them, or be called back. If we get business from them subsequently, you will get further commision. **You are welcome to use any other methods such as personal connections etc to generate leads***

You will also be responsible for negotiating the rate; the higher fee you agree; the more money you make.

************The commision structure will work as follows.*********************

Lead picked up immedietelly which goes on to be a succesful sale, or from a callback you make: 20% (between £150 - £400 each depending on fee agreed) per succesful candidate.

Subsequent business we recieve from clients you have spoken to before: 10% each (or 20% if you call them to generate business)

First five succesful leads = gift worth £250
