We have sent the attached letter in March 16 to our management clients and we now need the same for our lettings clients, can you draft a similar letter omitting the irrelevant parts of us moving offices, maintenance manager and the budget..
The tone of the letter should be similar and assure our customers despite the increased charges due to VAT.
