What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. Company Registration Number
2. Companies House authentication code
3. Corporation Tax Reference Number (UTR)
4. HMRC Government Gateway Login details (I can use my logins but this would cost an extra £30)
5. Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet prepared (if bookkeeping is not done I can do this for a nominal fee)
6. Record of all transactions for the relevant years (preferably in a spreadsheet or accounting software).
7. Bank statement (in spreadsheet)for the relevant year
8. Accounts prepared for the previous year (if any)
9. All the information/documents relevant to the accounts.
10. Email Address to send the submission confirmations
