Would have loved to greet you with a handshake and also treat you with a cup of coffee or tea but that is the downside of virtual meetings. I wish if technology could make that possible someday.
Anyways will not bore you much so let’s head to the main point. You are here to know me and the services I offer. So let me first introduce myself.
A) WHO AM I?
I am a certified lawyer based out of India. Not flaunting but just for the sake of your knowledge, I have graduated from one of the premier law schools of India named Government Law College, Mumbai. It is the first and oldest law school in India which was established in 1855. The father of the Indian Constitution Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was the principal of this college. I feel really lucky to have studied and obtained a law degree from this college. So, this is my educational background in law to give you an idea as to where my roots belong. Now let’s move to the next part.
B) WHAT SERVICES DO I OFFER?
1. Legal Writing:
I offer legal contract drafting and review services as of now. I draft different types of contracts including confidentiality agreements, service agreements, employment contracts, business agreements, legal letters, real estate agreements, contractor agreements, terms or policies for a website or mobile application, and others. You just name it and I will draft a contract as per your requirements.
2. Legal Review/Vetting:
And yes, I also review legal contracts for you and do a complete legal risk analysis by highlighting all the legal risks in your document. I also edit the document in your favor by making sure that your position is improved. Ultimately, I will be the final layer of protection before you sign a legal document and save you thousands of dollars and the headache of being liable for an unforeseen breach of Agreement. So, moving on to the other services.
3. Legal Advisory:
I also provide legal advisory services in the field of technology law including fintech (Financial technology) Regulations, data protection, and privacy, cyber laws, online gaming laws or online gambling laws, drone regulations, regulations relating to e-commerce and artificial intelligence.
4. Upcoming Services:
I am soon going to offer end-to-end transaction services and services relating to trademarks.
C) CLIENTELE:
I have served both domestic as well as international clients. I had the opportunity to provide my services to international clients from the United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA), Australia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), South Africa (SA), and Malawi.
D) FUTURE GOAL:
To become a successful international technology lawyer.
