- A sense of the flow for each email you'd like, if known otherwise, I can help define.
- The audience: customers 50+, women 20-45, high-earners (however, that may be defined), new sign-ups, etc.
- The goal: help build brand trust, onboard a new customer, re-engage inactive service users, generate customer awareness and engagement with a new product feature, etc.
- The call to action: complete a sign-up, subscribe, upgrade payment tiers, get feedback, take advantage of an offer.

Plus:
- Any preferences for tone of voice and style (supplying a previous email sent or example from a company you like can be helpful)
- Preferred delivery format: Google/Word doc, PDF etc.
