I will write a web crawler to gather specific information from a website. This information can be links, text, contact details or even images.
The information I will require is the website where the data can be found and exactly what information you want and how you would like it formatted and displayed.
Exact amount of time required may vary depending on the website that you want crawling as sites which have been developed to make crawling harder will require more time and those which are basic could be done quicker.
I use a variety of different languages to write the crawlers, from VBA to HTML, PHP.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
In order to get started, I will require the website URL which contains the information you require. I will also need a list of headings for information you want. Eg Name, Email, Address etc
Please also be specific on how you would like the data formatted and presented to you. EG. .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .txt, .csv etc
