I work with you to craft a tailored sales script based on proven sales approaches - such as smart calling, elements of NLP, and value adding selling – that immediately engages prospective clients in a conversational dialogue which unearths and emphasises their needs and injects some urgency in the process.
This approach avoids old-school pitching i.e., talking at – rather than to - prospects and listing generic features and benefits in the hope they express interest.
As a result, you and/or your salespeople will face less rejection – this is not a pitch so less to resist – and create more sales opportunities by treating prospective clients as individuals with individual needs. It creates a more positive impression about your company and makes better, more effective use of your salespeople’s time and your resources (calling data, bought-in leads or responses to marketing activities).
I have a background in sales management and training – clients include major UK insurance companies and IT companies (details on request) – and an impressive track record in generating and closing large accounts and bringing clients on board.
