I will interview your customer by telephone or Skype.

The conversation will form the basis for a 750-word case study I will write, and deliver to you in MS Word format.

You can then use this for PR, as marketing collateral, on your website, on social media and/or to support your sales efforts.

THE PROCESS IN DETAIL

You will need to identify a customer who will speak positively about your services or products.

Discuss with the customer whether they will be happy to participate in the project. If they are happy to proceed, forward me the contact details and a brief overview of what you delivered for them.

You may also wish to highlight the particular products or benefits you would like me to focus on in the course of the interview.

I will contact your customer by phone or Skype and interview them about their experience of dealing with your business.

I will then write approx. 750 words of positive and engaging copy which you can then use to promote your products and/or services to other customers and prospects.

For an additional fee, I can create a 2-sided .pdf version of the case study in line with your existing company branding. If you decide to take this option, you will need to forward me an .eps of your company logo.

N.B. All timescales given start from the point of successful completion of a positive customer interview.
