From 18 November 2025, Companies House requires all company directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSC) to complete identity verification under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
As your authorised agent, I will:

How the ID Verification Process Works
1️⃣ Upload Request – You will first receive a notification from us asking you to upload your identification documents securely through our portal.
2️⃣ AML Verification – Once uploaded, we automatically receive a notification from TrustID regarding your document and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) status.
3️⃣ Companies House Notification – Based on your AML status, we will notify Companies House and submit your verification details for review.
4️⃣ Final Confirmation – After Companies House clears the verification, you will receive an official notification directly from them, which includes your unique verification code confirming your compliance.
This process ensures your identity is verified smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with new Companies House rules.
