I have the solution for you; professional vectorization is the process of redrawing a graphic line by line in a vector program, creating an image with perfect smooth borders that can be resized to any size in vector programs (illustrator, corel draw), or be exported at any size, any resolution, and many formats (jpg, eps, tiff, etc.)
i recomend do flat colors, because transparency, or degradees may have problems with other versions, programs, or formats
