What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To complete your Self Assessment tax return, please provide the following information:
-Full name, Unique Tax Reference (UTR), National Insurance number, home address, and date of birth
-Details of any student loan repayments made during the tax year
-Details of bank and building society interest received
-Details of dividend income
-Amounts received from the State Pension and/or private pensions, where applicable
-Details of any other income received during the tax year
-Details of pension contributions made during the year
-Form P60 showing salary and tax deducted for your final employment in the tax year, along with P45(s) if you
had more than one employer, If these are unavailable, please provide your final payslip for the tax year
-Copies of P11D form(s) showing any benefits in kind received from employment
-Self-employment (sole trader): business books and records for the accounting period ending in the tax year, if
not already provided
-Details of rental income and related expenses for any let properties
-Details of payments on account made towards the tax year
