What you get with this Offer
If your numbers live in five different spreadsheets and nobody really looks at them, this is for you. I'll pull your data together into a one-page Excel dashboard that shows how things are actually going: targets against actuals, how it's moving month to month, and colour flags so problems jump out.
I use this kind of reporting every day to run customer service teams, so I build dashboards around the decisions you need to make, not just pretty charts. Happy to share an example when you get in touch.
You'll get:
- a dashboard tab plus a tidy data tab
- up to 8 KPIs, with dropdowns so you can pick the month you want to see
- a short note on how to update it each month

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Your data (an export or an anonymised copy is fine), the KPIs you care about and the targets you're working to.
