What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To start, please send:
1. The name of the process and what goes wrong with it today.
2. Who is involved, and who currently holds it together.
3. Anything already written down, even rough notes, screenshots or a recording.
4. Which tool you want it built in, and access to it.
5. Two or three times you are free for the 45-minute session, with your time zone.
Delivery starts once the session is booked and access is in.
