You want to sell or rent your flat or house? So how does it work? You send us a handsketch of your flat, an old floorplan, photos or whatever you dispose of. We just need the measures of each space and the position of doors, windows, sanitary elements, kitchen devices, etc. to represent them to scale in the image we deliver. You also send us a list of materials to show such as the materials and colors for floors, walls, tiles and kitchen furniture.
We will draft the space in 3d and get back to you in case any annotations are missing.
Within about 2-3 days, normally before that, you will receive a screenshot of the image to check if everything is correct. If so, we render the resulting image in high resolution for you to post with your offer on the Internet or in your local real estate agency.
