Over the past 5 years, I have worked as a freelancer for many companies worldwide, such as Rev, Moshi media, Anastasiya Ya, Pactera, Weareclario, JS Mastropiero Producciones, C.A, and many more. My role in those companies has been worked as a translator from English to Spanish, video editor and producer, copywriter, revisor, and proofreader of texts and subtitles. I’m excited to take on a new challenge in my career and shift to become a part of this company, which I think would be a great addition to my resume as I am studying to become a social communicator. As a social communicator, I think I would be a good fit for your company since I would fill an area you lack with my previous experiences and current higher education. Both you and I would benefit both of us to grow more and more.
I will tell you a little about my previous work experiences:
1. Copywriter
Since I was very young I have been passionate about reading and writing and it is something that I practice and put into practice every day. At the beginning of 2018, I formally worked as an editor for a blog of mine, I worked there for approximately 6 months in a row. I had other jobs after that, where I was a creative writer or was governed by some guidelines. I have also brainstormed and written for an online profile of a chef, as well as scripted videos for a YouTube channel, paraphrased or synthesized information to give existing information a different shape and angle, and currently also collaborate on the production of photographs and videos for a real estate consultant, as well as in the creation and publication of the content of said properties.
2. Translator
Since the beginning of 2018, I started to work officially and formally as a translator from English to Spanish and I have not stopped since then. I have worked as a translator of texts, guides, documents, and writings, among others. I have done it through various platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, Workana, Guru, Freelancer, Pactera, and Anastasiya Ya. I rely on my knowledge that I enrich day by day by reading about new terms and browsing about words, their origins, and how they are conjugated, as well as grammar correctors to improve my writing skills every time and generate an excellent piece of writing so that I can be fully understood by the reader.
3. Subtitler
Since August 2019 I have been recruited to be a subtitler, translator, and subtitle reviewer for the Brazilian company Moshi Media. That was my official start in that field, and since then I have not stopped working on the internet making subtitles in Spanish for all kinds of audiovisual content. I have also done this type of work on pages for freelancers such as Fiverr and for the American company based in San Francisco and Austin, Rev. I have worked with the latter since 2020.
