Excellent work, but it did take 4 weeks to get back. Deepak was professional throughout and did high quality translation, but the timeline was indeed longer than expected.

Deepak took the job at the agreed price and condition that he will finish the job in 5 days which is acceptable. After 5 days, he said there will be some delay because just came from vacation and it's difficult for him to work due to the weather. Still I accept it. After a couple of days I followed up and he just decided to refund the amount and decline the project with an excuse of being sick. Despite of being very considerate to his reasons, it's so unprofessional of him to just dump the project while we trust him to value his commitment.

The project was posted on 29th of November. After much back and forth with the price and delay because Melvin's boss was on leave, my proposal that I had sent on 11th of December got accepted on 3rd of January. Once accepted, I got ill because of very cold weather condition. I have sent message to Melvin that I'm unable to complete the project on time and I refunded the amount. I think the project is having the problem, so I don't think it's unprofessional way of doing the job.
