Train a small AI model on your own examples

If your business does the same writing or sorting job hundreds of times, a small model trained on your own examples often does it more reliably than a big general one, for a fraction of the running cost. I recently trained one to turn website reports into fix plans: on 59 test cases it made up nothing, where the same model with careful instructions made up 71 answers.
