What you get with this Offer
I manually test websites and mobile apps the way a real person uses them, then hand you a bug report your developer can act on immediately. No guesswork, no vague "it's broken" messages.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS OFFER:
- Functional testing of up to 12 pages or app screens
- Complete bug report in Google Sheets with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual result, severity, priority, environment details, and a screenshot or screen recording attached to every issue
- Cross-browser testing on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari
- Responsive testing at mobile, tablet and desktop breakpoints
- Form and input validation, including negative testing (wrong formats, empty fields, special characters, boundary values)
- Broken link and console error check
- UI comparison against your Figma or design file, if you provide one
- A short priority summary at the end: what to fix before launch, and what can safely wait
TESTING TYPES I COVER:
Functional, smoke, sanity, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, compatibility, responsive, usability and negative testing.
TOOLS I WORK WITH:
- Jira, Trello and ClickUp for bug tracking
- TestRail and Qase for test case management
- Postman for API verification
- BrowserStack and LambdaTest for devices and browsers I don't own physically
- Chrome DevTools and Charles Proxy for console and network-level errors
- Jam.dev and Loom for recording bugs so your developer can watch the issue instead of reading three paragraphs about it
WHY MY REPORTS ARE DIFFERENT:
Most bug reports say "checkout not working". Mine tell you the browser, OS, device, exact steps taken, what should have happened, and what actually happened, with visual proof attached. Your developer opens the sheet and starts fixing. No back-and-forth, no clarification calls.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
Startups shipping an MVP, agencies who need a second pair of eyes before client handover, developers too close to their own code to spot the obvious, and store owners who keep hearing "it didn't work on my phone" but can't reproduce it.
BEFORE YOU ORDER:
Send me your URL or app link and I'll tell you honestly whether this offer covers your project or whether you need a bigger scope. I'd rather turn down an order than under-deliver on one.
Already fixed the bugs? Re-testing is available as an add-on below.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To start testing right away, please share:
1. Website URL, or APK / TestFlight / Play Store link if it's a mobile app
2. Test account login details (username and password). If there's a checkout, a test card or sandbox payment mode
3. Any requirement document, user stories, Figma link or even rough notes about how the product is supposed to work. If you don't have documentation, just tell me in a few lines what the main user journey is
4. Which browsers and devices matter most to your users, so I prioritise those first
5. Bugs you already know about, so I don't waste your report space re-listing them
6. Is this a staging or live environment? If it's live, tell me what I should NOT touch (real orders, live emails, production data)
If you're missing some of this, don't worry. The URL and a login are enough for me to begin. I'll ask for the rest only if I actually need it.
