You get a clear pass or fail report, with a screenshot of anything that failed, so you see what your customer would have seen.

Not included: Fixing the problems the tests find (we quote that separately), Safari and Firefox runs, a full accessibility audit, load testing, and checking real messages sent to customers.

Sample report (Saltbush Dog Grooming, online booking): the first run failed 11 of 15 customer journeys on both phone and desktop, including the same time being bookable twice. After the fixes, all 30 checks passed.

Fully remote, no calls needed: questions and handover happen in the order messages.
