- A written technical assessment report with overall view of the candidate’s technical suitability.
- A skills match scorecard that compares the candidate’s technologies and competencies with the job requirements, showing strong match, partial match or gap for each.
- An experience relevance summary covering how deep and recent the candidate’s experience is in the areas that matter for the role.
- A red flags and verification list, meaning gaps, inconsistencies or vague claims that deserve a closer look.
- Suggested interview topics and questions targeted at the areas you flagged.
- A recommendation such as proceed, proceed with reservations, or do not proceed, with your reasoning.

Additionally when reviewing several candidates (you will receive this in 1 day):

- A comparison summary so you can see the candidates side by side
- A shortlist recommendation naming who to interview first
