What you get with this Offer
Offer covers: Single-storey building, i.e., a bungalow of approx 100m2.
1. Simply send us the survey sketch and site address with the overall internal room dimensions of the property; I will check if all required information is present (I can advise what's required if missing)
2. Happy with the info received, I will proceed to create a 1:1 2D CAD floor plan; this will show external and internal walls with room names, window and door openings.
3. I will send a PDF copy back for your approval/comment.
4. Generally speaking, there will be no reason to amend the drawing; however, if there are any errors on my behalf, of course I will revise FREE OF CHARGE.
Additionals:
We can model/draft all types of buildings, and depending on layout and levels, we can advise additional cost.
We can provide elevations but require dimensions for all external walls, heights and openings.
Note: We can also work from a TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY as long as the surveying company has provided heights, openings and cill/head heights - this is mainly applicable for external elevations.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. Internal survey sketch of the rooms with dimensions, width/length and items that are fixed, i.e., chimney breast
2. Internal door positions, i.e to the closest wall dimensions
3. Internal window opening positions, i.e to the closest wall
4. Internal door openings and positions are crucial to link one room to the next.
5. Wall thicknesses: where practically feasible, we can make assumptions on some based on age and wall make-up.
