I can do remote admin staffing, due to my experience, I would be better acting as a remote assistant to a busy entrepreneur who needs someone who can do every aspect he or she may run into, work without needing to be told everything that needs to be done.
Currently im located in the UK winding down my old business, and Siem Reap, semi retired but keeping my self busy. 2 months in the former followed by 3 months in the latter.
I am exceptionally good at finding businesses that can be done better. For example, I started a restaurant in Siem Reap. then the war broke out and tourism dropped 90%. So I closed that down, Moved to a slightly larger property with enough space outside to hold a few vehicles. Now im teaching my Khmer partner how to do a business that can easily make $1,000 a month with 1 staff member doing the hard work (average salary is around $300 a month there, so im teaching her how to make a very good income and one that can be rinsed and repeated over and over again in Cambodia. The principal is pretty easy, similar or better service, Similar or better product, at a lower price. If I can save the client $10 a month, thats an entire days earnings saved every month.
That is an easy sale. However it requires initial funding, knowledge of Construction, Electrical systems, raise efficiency that the local khmer people have not done, plumbing, heat dispersal and thermal properties of different materials.
I am a skilled problem solving qualified electrician in the uk. I worked for my own electrical company in the uk and worked in the construction industry. Ive also subbed out to British gas to fix clients difficult electrical problems.
Im more than happy to go boots on the ground in a place ive never been before, and get a feel for the place and watch for potential business ideas, then research them. I spend 5 years in china and can speak passable Mandarin for general travel. My Khmer is pretty bad but it gets better every day I live there.
Are you moving somewhere and want to earn a basic income? I can go and have a look and explore opportunities before you even arrive and write a report and find local businesses that you can use to hit the ground running.
Im not great at having my hand held, Im far better off if you give me the target and let me loose on the world or internet. I work 8-15 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I can get paid into my British bank in GBP or my preferred USD transfer into my Cambodian bank account. I charge $20 an hour or equivalent. I also charge expenses when physically having to go to a location.
