An SOS Day gives you one dedicated day of practical business support. Before the day, we'll agree your priority list and I'll work through as much of it as reasonably possible.
Your list could include website updates and fixes, Shopify or ecommerce jobs, product data and CSVs, research, admin, spreadsheets, copy and content, digital organisation, customer journeys, or those awkward jobs that never seem to fit neatly into anybody else's role.
How it works
Before your SOS Day, send me your list. I'll review it with you, make sure the work is suitable for the day and agree the order of priority.
On your booked day, you'll receive up to 6 hours of focused work on your business.
At the end of the day, I'll send you a clear update showing what I've completed, anything outstanding and anything I think needs further attention.
One business. One day. A considerably shorter bloody to-do list.
Larger development projects, paid software, third-party costs and work that cannot reasonably be completed within the day aren't included. If something on your list turns out to be a larger project, I'll tell you before using your SOS Day trying to wrestle it into submission.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work

Before your SOS Day, please send me:
• Your business name and website, if relevant.
• Your to-do list, in priority order — what absolutely needs doing first and what can wait.
• A short explanation of each task and what you'd like the end result to be.
• Any files, copy, images, spreadsheets or other information I'll need.
• Any relevant logins/access. Please use secure collaborator/staff access wherever available rather than sending passwords.
• Anything I must not change, publish or send without your approval.
I'll review your list before the booked day. If something is outside the scope of an SOS Day or is likely to require more time, I'll let you know before we start.
Please have everything ready before your booked day so I can spend the time doing the work rather than chasing missing information.
