Setup smtp bulk mail servers

1)Setup vps (we can provide at extra cost or you can use your own)
2)setup linux server with multiple ips
3)IP rotation of smtp server
4)dkim
4)SPF record setting
5)smtp outgoing policies
when you have pass all the rules then only mail go into inbox
for example gmail will through your mails into junk when it see 1000 mails per hour from single ip- here ip rotation and smtp rules spf will work
yahoo same as above and +dkim required like this there plenty of rules which need to be address for clean mail.
