What you get with this Offer
I will setup Google Apps for your domain name. This email service used to be provided free by Google for up to 10 users/email addresses, however now they charge £3.30 per user per month.
I will make sure the email is working correctly and setup the email address you require. I will setup all the DNS records needed for Google verification, like the TXT/CNAME and MX records.
Also I can setup your signature for outgoing mail, complete with your existing logo.
Although this is a fixed cost hourlie gig for £40 the actual setup of Google Apps for Business may take 24-48 hours due to the changes we make to your DNS records having to propagate through the entire Internet. That being said, throughout the setup/migration I will be in communication either by email or telephone informing you of progress.
At the end I will send you clear instructions on how to access the new email and include any passwords and links you will need. I will also inform you of any points that I think need raising and that you may need to take action on. eg Whilst in your control panel I may discover a domain name that needs renewing.
And Finally, if you have an iPhone I will talk you through setting it up to access the new Google email - Phew!
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
You will need a domain name or at least the idea for one as it can be registered as part of the hourlie gig. If already registered and hosted I will need the Control Panel credentials in order to setup MX records to route email through the Google servers. I can also setup the billing or help you walk you through it on the phone.
