What you get with this Offer
WHAT YOU GET
- Google Business Profile set up so you appear when people nearby search for what you do
- Meta Business Suite created, with your Facebook page and Instagram linked properly
- Business email on your own domain, rather than a personal address
- Your staff added with the right level of access, each with their own login
- A short written summary of what exists, who has access, and how to change it
THE PROBLEM THIS SOLVES
Most small businesses end up with the company Instagram on someone's personal phone, the Facebook page owned by an ex-employee, and everyone sharing one password. It works until somebody leaves.
Setting it up properly means your business owns the accounts, your staff have their own access, and removing someone takes thirty seconds instead of a panic.
ON THE GOOGLE PROFILE
If you work at your customers' premises rather than your own, I will set you up as a service-area business. Google still verifies your address but does not publish it, which matters if you work from home.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Running ads or writing posts. This is setting the accounts up correctly, not marketing them.
Google's verification postcard takes five to fourteen days to arrive. I will set everything up ready, but the final step is a code only you can enter.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To start I need:
- Your business name, what you do, and the areas you serve
- Your website address and domain, if you have them
- Any existing Facebook, Instagram or Google accounts, and who currently controls them
- The names and email addresses of staff who need access
- A phone number and address for Google's verification - the address is not published for service-area businesses
If some of those already exist and you are not sure who owns them, say so. Untangling that is usually part of the job.
