Without consent signals, Google tags can lose data or break privacy rules. This Consent Mode v2 setup links your cookie banner to your Google tags properly.
WHAT I DO
- Check your cookie banner and current tags
- Set up Consent Mode v2 default and update signals
- Connect GA4 and Google Ads tags to consent
- Test accept, reject and no-choice states
WHAT YOU GET
- Working Consent Mode v2 setup
- A short test report with screenshots
- Notes on what changed
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
- Google Tag Manager or site access
- GA4 access and your cookie banner tool
GOOD TO KNOW
Consent Mode changes how much data is measured, some data is modelled by Google. This is a technical setup, not legal advice. I work on SEO, tracking and e-commerce websites for clients here on PeoplePerHour.
