I'll set up an AI assistant on your Gmail or Outlook mailbox:
- Every new email sorted into up to 8 labels you choose, such as enquiry, order, invoice, complaint, supplier or spam
- An urgency flag on emails that need a reply today
- Draft replies in your tone for the types you pick, using your price list, FAQ or past replies as reference. Drafts wait in your drafts folder until you send them
- Attachments (PDF, Excel, Word) read and summarised at the top of the draft
- A morning digest email with what came in and what needs you

It's close to what I built in SwanLab AI, which reads client emails and attachments, prices the request from a price list and past quotes, prepares the reply with a PDF quote and writes to suppliers.
It runs on your own server or a small VPS, with your OpenAI or Claude key, so your mail is processed only by your setup.
