What you get with this Offer
A 90-minute remote setup session plus a written playbook. In the session we pick 2-3 repetitive jobs in your business, such as replying to enquiries, chasing quotes, turning emails into tasks or producing a weekly report. I then set up AI coding and automation agents (Claude Code or similar) on your own computer or a small cloud account that you own, with a simple task board so the agents ask a human before anything outward-facing goes out. The playbook explains how to run the agents, check their work and switch them off. You pay for your own AI subscription, nothing is resold, and I do not need access to your banking. I run my own company day to day with a team of AI agents: outreach, website deploys and a task board where they ask me before anything goes out. This is a setup and handover service, not a promise that any job will be fully automated. I am professional indemnity insured.
